Centos 7 not starting anymore after YUM Updates

Today I was creating a new virtual machine template in VMware of a Centos 7 OS.
After doing some updates via YUM, I go this ERROR:

Centos_ERROR

Seems that the error was related to a KERNEL issue (Kernel version is 3.10.0-327.18.2.el7.x86_64)

After rebooting with the previous kernel version 3.10.0-229.14.1.el7.x86_64 and entering the following command:

#sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
Generating grub configuration file ...

I rebooted the server

#reboot

After the reboot the server came up without any issue.
